We ship from Hong Kong.

Delivery times

Due to high demand, orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of dispatch, email info@holmere.com with your order number. We will investigate and either resend or refund.

Wrong address

We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to addresses that were incorrectly entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before paying.
